The RevoLix Thulium laser is the only laser system ever developed specifically for soft tissue surgery. The RevoLix laser wavelength is 2 micron.. The RevoLix wavelength is similar to Holmium but the emission mode is continuous wave (cw) instead of pulsed – thus providing a continuous vaporization effect instead of tissue disruption as for the Holmium laser.
The 100 Watt VersaPulse® PowerSuite™
Ideal for high-power, long duration procedures such as Holmium Laser Ablation of the Prostate (HoLAP), holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) and bladder stone fragmentation.
The Aura XP™ Laser Therapy System is a 15W, 532 nm wavelength KTP laser with StarPulse™ Technology for ENT, mucosal, and select uro-gyn surgical applications. The system uses multiple Aura XP fibers and accessories.
RevoLix jr. is the only table top laser specifically developed for soft tissue surgery. The RevoLix jr. laser wavelength is 2 microns. This wavelength is similar to Holmium, but the emission is continuous wave (cw) instead of pulsed.
RevoLix jr. Thulium laser shows outstanding tissue ablation rate, hemostasis and economics for the application in endoscopic, laparoscopic, minimally invasive surgery in ENT, pneumology, neurosurgery*, gynaecology, gastroenterology, urology, visceral surgery and laparoscopy.
The UltraPulse SurgiTouch combines the best in CO2 laser technologies and offers the most innovative approach to laser surgery today. It integrates the 60 Watt char-free pulse energy and the SurgiTouch user interface and scanner system. No other CO2 laser matches its ease-of-use, versatility, precision, control, or performance.
As a highly efficient urology morcellation system the PIRANHA product line completes the package for EEP and guarantees fast and precise morcellation of tissue sections, thanks to a specially developed technology.
The VenaCure 1470 nm laser is a water-specific laser, targeting water as the chromophore to absorb the laser energy. Since the vein structure is mostly water, it is theorized that the 1470 nm laser wavelength is able to efficiently heat the vein endothelial cells with little chance of collateral damage, resulting in an optimal vein ablation.
Laser Engineering's Ultralase Hollow Waveguide comes in two (2) specialized sizes 500/300 micron with a 1.2 mm diameter silica based optical fiber delivery system transmits CO2 laser light and visible aiming beam for use in surgery. These cases are often referred to as bloodless surgery, it allows the surgeon to focus on a small area which reduces operative time, bleeding, post operative pain, less edema and reduced risk of infection.
The Shockpulse-SE (Stone Eliminator) is the next generation Cyberwand urology system from Olympus, offering dual action lithotripsy with proprietary technology to simultaneously produce constant ultrasonic wave energy and intermittent shockwave (ballistic/mechanical) energy via a revolutionary single probe design. The ShockPulse offers unmatched performance and greatly reduces procedure time.
Zeiss MM6 Auto focusing micromanipulator for use with Zeiss neuro microscopes.
The VersaPulse® PowerSuite™ Dual Wavelength system is a powerful combination of two wavelengths – 80 Watts Holmium and 100 Watts Nd:YAG lasers which is ideal for procedures requiring high-energy and strong coagulation capabilities.
This versatile system can be used in urology with applications such as BPH, stones, tumors or strictures and also has great advantages in a range of other surgical applications and especially in pulmonology.
Biolitec’s ™ Ceralas® 980nm diode laser allows controlled tissue ablation and provides a clean, bloodless field for most surgical procedures. The Ceralas® coagulates blood instantly and seals small blood vessels— minimizing inflammation and the usual discomfort associated with most surgeries. The unique fiber optic delivery system transmits no significant lateral heat and ensures a controlled depth of laser penetration, preserving the surrounding tissue. Also, the Ceralas® laser reduces the need for anesthetic, minimizes postoperative pain and swelling, and enhances recovery time. Weighing only 15 pounds, the Ceralas® is easily portable making it ideal for multiple lab use. With its durable solid-state construction, the Ceralas® laser is essentially maintenance-free.
CYBERWAND
Dual ultrasonic lithotripsy system.
The patented CyberWand technology uses two different pulse rates to render staghorn calculi to dust in a single treatment. Integrated continuous suction provides the ability to evacuate debris with the same probe to reduce OR times and lower overall cost.
The Laser Engineering Robotic Handpiece is indicated for use in conjunction with the Ultralase Fibers to enable the surgeon to perform incision, excision, ablations, vaporization, and coagulation of body soft tissue. It is indicated in the medical specialties of general and plastic surgery, oral/maxillofacial surgery, dentistry, dermatology, gynecology otorhinolaryngology, gastroenterology, neurosurgery, urology and pulmonology.
